A house registry extract is rarely needed anymore, as Kela usually receives the necessary information from the population register system. However, please check with Kela whether a house registry extract is necessary for your application.

If you live in a housing association whose maintenance company is Kiinteistöhuolto Milo Heiskanen Oy, you can order a house registry extract using the form below. The house registry extract costs €10, and must be paid in cash upon collection. We will inform you when the house registry extract can be collected from our office, and we will also charge for uncollected house registry extracts.
